EN: This ethnography of aparelhagem parties in Belém/PA focuses on the crowd. The work aims to analyze the relationships that party-goers establish with each other, the sound and the performance, the equipment and the city, by understanding the environment where they live and where the parties take place. To this end, the research establishes a theoretical-methodological dialogue between two disciplinary fields: Ethnomusicology and Geography.

PT: A etnografia de festas de aparelhagem em Belém/PA tem como foco os seus frequentadores. O trabalho visa analisar as relações que os frequentadores das festas estabelecem entre si, com o repertório executado, com as aparelhagens e com a cidade, por meio da compreensão do lugar em que eles vivem e onde as festas ocorrem. Para tal, a pesquisa estabelece um diálogo teórico-metodológico entre as áreas de conhecimento: Etnomusicologia e Geografia.
